Shanna Kristelle Bernabe is a certified APTD and ATD Master Trainer™ with over a decade of progressive experience in learning and development — from Corporate Trainer and Technology Integration Consultant to Learning Program Manager at CDK Global. As the co-founder of The Human Element Group, she has grounded her career practice in one belief: learning should feel human.

Amber Atteberry is Co-Founder of The Human Element Group, where she partners with organizations to strengthen leadership, navigate change, and build high-performing, people-centered cultures.
With over 11 years of management and leadership experience and a Master of Science in I/O Psychology, Amber brings a strategic and human-centered lens to her work. She specializes in aligning people, processes, and purpose—helping organizations turn complexity into clarity and strategy into meaningful, lasting results.
In addition to her professional work, Amber is an active community leader, supporting organizational growth and local economic development through her involvement with nonprofit and community-based organizations, as well as collaborative efforts with city partners.
Her work is grounded in the belief that when organizations invest in their people, they unlock their greatest potential for sustainable success.
